Where does the data come from?

From the cities' own public permit portals. Arlington publishes a public ArcGIS feed. Dallas and Fort Worth publish through Accela Citizen Access portals.

How fresh are the signals?

The three city portals are monitored daily. New matching records are organized into a morning email for the downstream trade and territory.

Which channels are covered?

We’re starting with New Roof Alerts for gutter companies. The channel map also covers foundation repair to drainage, pool construction to backyard and outdoor-living work, and HVAC replacement to insulation.

Is the permitted job still available?

No. The permit means that job has already been sold. Green Light Permits identifies the related work the homeowner may not have sourced yet.
